The Chance Helical Pier® is a high capacity deep foundation/anchor that can be loaded instantly. As an example, our standard SS175 line of material has an ultimate strength of 100 kip (440kN), although the piers and related hardware are available in a wide range of sizes to meet many job applications. All of our underpinning installers are certified by A.B. Chance and Intech Anchoring Systems, Inc. after the completion of an intensive training session. Our systems have BOCA, ICBO and SBCCI approvals/ratings.
